Nine years ago, Susan & I embarked on this adventure with a vision and a dream. Our mission was to provide all babies with the best start in life. We wanted to provide exceptional service and Baby Boxes that not only meet but exceed all expectations. Through dedication and hard work, we’ve grown from a small startup to a thriving business; so must thank you for your trust and loyalty.
Milestones and Achievements
Over the past nine years, we’ve achieved several milestones that we’re incredibly proud of:
- Innovation and Quality: We’ve continuously improved our Baby Boxes and are proud to adhere to the first ever British Standard – BS11130:2021. It took over 4 years to write and publish this standard, so thanks to all the experts that supported us through this amazing journey. The standard also assures we stay ahead of the curve in terms of innovation and development.
- Community and Impact: We’ve expanded our reach and now support many Charities across the UK by providing any sized mattress. Becoming a valued member of the community and contributing to causes that matter to us, means so much.
- Customer Satisfaction: Our commitment to customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything we do. Our reviews are so positive, and your testimonials are a testament to our hard work.

As we celebrate 9 years of British Baby Box, we are also looking ahead to the future with excitement and optimism. With the Shaping Us campaign, Baby Banks On Us, The Baby Bank Alliance, and Kat Deeley’s Government petition, to name just a few, momentum for supporting babies is paramount right now.
Together with our amazing partnership with The. Children’s Foundation, we have ambitious plans to provide Baby Boxes across the UK. Your involvement and feedback will be crucial as we embark on this next chapter.
